Then, understand the experiences of women of color in manufacturing, and gain practical skills in understanding microaggressions and becoming an ally in support of tradeswomen’s success.

This free Introduction to Equity and Inclusion event will provide manufacturing industry leaders with a unique opportunity to learn about best practices and hear from federal officials, national leaders and tradeswomen about the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
