New Virtual “Breakfast with a Manufacturer” Starts in November

With virtual tours being so successful on National Manufacturing Day, October 2, the regional Education to Manufacturing project will partner with SVMI and SME Sacramento Valley to offer monthly “Breakfast with a Manufacturer” remote events for college and high school classes.

The first presentation will be held on Tuesday, November 17. Cal Reynolds, President of Snowline Engineering, Cameron Park will present. Snowline Engineering is a state of the art manufacturing business enterprise which specializes in precision machining and sheet metal, fabrication and assembly.

The first school to participate will be Pete Delosa’s Introduction to Design Engineering class at Golden Sierra Junior-Senior High School in Garden Valley. The virtual tour and session will be recorded and made available to other teachers.
